HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Is an item not quite right for you? The size isn't correct or the color doesn't meet your expectations? No problem: you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us by following these 4 simple steps:

1. Check that your return is eligible

✅ Conditions to be met:

The item must be new, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging in perfect condition.

❌ Non-refundable products:

Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase (e.g., personalized products)

2. Make your return request

• Log in to your customer account

• Go to the “Orders” section

• Select the relevant order

• Click on “Make a return request”

• Wait for our email confirmation before sending the package (allow for processing time)

3. Prepare and ship your return

• Place the item back in its original packaging

• Carefully reseal the package

4. Refund

Once the returned package is received and validated, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
