A short jacket with a square, roomy line, dropped shoulders and wide sleeves, zipped up to the stand collar. The marled herringbone weave gives it the look of a tweed jacket in a more relaxed shape; small adjustable tabs fit the hem at the sides.
Over wide trousers and a fine jumper, it makes a relaxed office outfit; with jeans and ankle boots, it becomes the weekend jacket. Over a knitted dress, it replaces the coat on the first cold days.
The fabric blends 70% polyester, 20% virgin wool and 10% other fibres: the wool brings texture and warmth, the polyester structure and easy care. Side pockets. Machine wash on a delicate cycle.
Tweed-inspired weaves are worn this winter on shorter, softer shapes than the classic jacket. This one is the easiest version for every day.
